The Yu Xiang Crispy Pork Dumpling presented a delightful twist on a classic favourite. Encased in a crispy shell, each dumpling encapsulated a burst of aromatic flavours. The crispy exterior provided a satisfying crunch, adding a delightful contrast to the succulent filling. It was a harmonious blend of textures and flavours that left me thoroughly impressed.

For lovers of truffles, the Truffle Crispy Chicken is an absolute must-try. The aroma of truffle wafted through the air as the dish arrived. The crispy chicken, coated in a delicate truffle-infused batter, offered a perfect balance of earthy truffle flavour and juicy, tender chicken. 

Wagyu Beef Puffs and Mala Xiao Long Bao

The first dish served was the Wagyu Beef Puffs, and boy were they delicious. As I took my first bite, the flaky pastry melted in my mouth, giving way to the melt-in-your-mouth wagyu beef filling. The delicate balance of textures and the richness of the wagyu left me craving for more.

Mala Xiao Long Bao

These delectable soup dumplings packed a punch with their spicy Sichuan pepper-infused broth. As I bit into each dumpling, the rich, aromatic broth burst forth, enveloping my palate in a symphony of flavours. 

Black Truffle Har Gao

Elevating the traditional har gao to new heights, the Black Truffle Har Gao was truly delicious. Each dumpling encased a generous filling of plump shrimp, infused with the rich aroma of black truffle. 

Fried Beancurd with Salt

Crispy on the outside yet tender within, each bite of the fried beancurd offered a delightful treat for the palate. The subtle seasoning of salt enhanced the natural sweetness of the beancurd, creating a nice balance of flavours and textures.

Dim Sum Library surpassed my expectations with its exquisite array of dishes that delighted the senses and left a lasting impression. Coupled with great service and a vibrant ambience, Dim Sum Library offers an excellent dining experience, making it my must-visit destination for food enthusiasts in Hong Kong.
